In recent months, a lot of hard work has gone into KC De Velduil for Openbaar Onderwijs Houten (OOH). For this assignment, two individual designs are designed parallel to each other: a renovation of the old building and a completely new building. A unique method in which we determine which of the two suits the sustainability and user requirements of the client best.
The project is in full swing but in the meantime we can already give you a small insight in both sketch designs. Above the sketch design for the new construction plan and below the sketch design for the renovation. More coming soon!
